30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Eviona purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You'll need proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to start a return: Email us at contact@eviona.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you the return address and instructions.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo — we'll replace it or refund you in full, no return needed in most cases.

Non-returnable: Gift cards and final-sale items.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placing them, before they enter processing.
